Ristorante Pizzeria Bianco in Province of Trieste

"The food was delicious. The waiter was so kind. He knew I wanted to share carbonara and pizza with truffle and ham, so he made 2 plates of carbonara and pizza came already in half. We liked the detailed attention. For desserts we had pistachio pie as the best one, a lemon one that I forgot the name but you can check the pictures, the tiramisu was good too but not too sweet. I would only suggest for you to bring a jacket or warmer clothes as it’s a bit cold at night."

"I had the pleasure of dining at Bianco, a pizzeria located near the city canal in Trieste, Italy. The location itself added to the charm of the experience, with a pleasant view of the canal. The pizza at Bianco was absolutely fantastic, with a delightful combination of flavors and a thin, crispy crust. The beer selection was great, offering a variety of options to complement the meal. Additionally, I must mention the tuna dish, which was simply excellent. The fresh and well-prepared tuna surpassed my expectations. The staff at Bianco were friendly and provided attentive service. If you find yourself in Trieste, I highly recommend visiting Bianco for their amazing pizza, scenic location near the city canal, and delicious tuna."

"EXTREMELY good pizza, I’ve never eaten such good pizza in Italy. Pasta is also delicious (I had the Carbonara) Staff is very kind, even answering back in italian when trying to order in italian (for those learing italian)."

"Best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve lived locally to this pizzeria for the past 2 months, during this time I have become a regular. The staff always greet me with the warmest welcome and will always offer me complimentary treats (limoncello shots, burrata, espresso milkshake) No other pizza compares. Their simple marinara sauce is the quality you expect when you come to Italy! My personal favourite pizza is the crema di zucca. Absolutely stupendous. I could not recommend more!! (Their pesto pasta is also really good)"

"The terrace is just right over the water and offers a great view of the canal. It’s a pleasant place to pause while exploring Trieste, perfect for enjoying a snack and a drink. The service could be warmer. One waiter in particular was notably cold and unfriendly, but the location and scenery make it worth a short stop."

"My train was delayed today and I arrived the restaurant very late around 11pm. I stop eating carbs and the manager is so nice to make a dish off the menu based on my special request. Friendly and helpful staff, chill atmosphere with good music. Reasonable price with fantastic view of Canal Grande. Love this place so much and will definitely come back!"

"Really nice location, and delicious pizza. The dough was extremely well done. Also the ingredients we tasty. Don't recommend other dishes besides pizza - we tried calamari and shrimps grilled - poor quality & flavourless. The mozzarella from the salad was also not impressive. Service was OK, and atmosphere was good except for the mosquitos. Worthy for the pizza!"
